Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your health product choice. In the case of a return, you must be able to clearly state the reason for your decision to return the product. 

• No reasons for taste will be accepted.
• It is clearly stated that we don’t sweeten our products and as such it has strong earthy tastes.
• A returned health product that had been used can NOT be refunded.
• If the reason for the return is damaged during delivery, kindly include photos upon receipted of package.
• If the reason for the return of a product is personal taste or change of mind,
• you will be liable for the return shipping costs.

Returns process

All product returns must be actioned and received within 7 working days of the purchase date.

To return an item for a refund, please contact us at sale@behealthhappy.co.za to obtain a reference number. Once you’ve received your reference number, place the item in secured packaging as to further protect the integrity of our product.

Please include the copy of the email correspondence regarding this return. We will arrange pick up from our courier.

Refunds process

After receiving your returned product, we will inspect the condition of the item. You will be informed as to our decision. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Exceptions

The following items will not qualify for a refund:

• Items of where the seals are broken, will not be refunded.
• Items that, upon inspection, were found not to be faulty.
• Items that were returned later than the stipulated 7-day return period.

Refund Period

We endeavour to exchange or refund your product in the shortest amount of time. Kindly allow for a maximum of 10 working days for the process to be completed.

Here at Be Health Happy, we take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the availability of items on the website. Should there be any errors relating to availability of items, we will notify you of such error as soon as reasonably possible.
